Dear readers and friends, with this cookbook I would like to share with you something that I consider to be a very special and significant part of my life and the life of my family. I would like to share with you special recipes served over many years, that have brought people together around a dinner table throughout generations. Some of these recipes were passed down from women of days gone by, some were taught to me by my mother as a girl growing up at home, and still others came together in my own kitchen.
