Unfortunately, the loss of the intrinsic desire to learn for far too many children, begins with school reading programs. This need not occur. With Lee's early readers, both Bible and Aesop, parents and teachers together can make learning to read so joyful that kids forget how they learned to read. Concurrently, the stories can be so powerful they are remembered for life. Lee Jenkins is a career public school educator who provides staff development and keynotes based upon his process described in How to Create a Perfect School.
