Lea Wait lives on the coast of Maine, where she writes both young adult historical fiction and adult mysteries. Lea grew up in Maine and New Jersey, attended Chatham College and New York University for her undergraduate and graduate degrees, and worked for AT&T while raising four adoptive girls.
