David Calcano is the creative director of Fantoons, a Los Angeles-based animation studio. David was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and has loved cartoons since he was a baby in his mother's womb. He came to the UK as an adult and worked as a systems engineer until he decided to leave his job to pursue his actual passion: to open an animation studio, produce cartoons, and publish books that blend music and creative art. We've had the privilege of working with some of the world's top organizations and artists, including Disney, Rush, Frank Zappa, Steve Martin, Poison, Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys, Big, Universal Music, and Ole, to name a few!
