Erika Rackley is a Professor of Law in the Law School at Birmingham University. She has taught tort law at Kent, Leicester and Durham Universities. Her research interests are broadly in the field of feminism, gender and law, particularly in relation to judicial diversity. She is co-editor of 'Feminist Perspectives on Tort Law' (Routledge, 2012).
