He's published several books for diabetics and healthcare professionals, including the best-selling and critically praised Think Like a Pancreas: A Practical Guide to Controlling Diabetes with Insulin. He has a lot of experience with Continuous Glucose Monitoring. He is a member of the clinical advisory boards for numerous CGM device manufacturers and has contributed to several consumer magazines and textbook chapters on the subject.

He has lectured on continuous glucose monitoring to general and professional audiences around the world, and he has trained and instructed over 500 clients on how to utilize all sorts of commercially available CGM devices.
