Gary Scheiner, MS, CDE (owner and clinical director of Integrated Diabetes Services LLC in Wynnewood, PA) is a well-known diabetes educator and care provider. Gary received the 2014 Diabetes Educator of the Year Award from the American Association of Diabetes Educators for his approach to diabetes education. He's published several books for diabetics and healthcare professionals, including the best-selling and critically praised Think Like a Pancreas: A Practical Guide to Controlling Diabetes with Insulin. He has a lot of experience with Continuous Glucose Monitoring. He is a member of the clinical advisory boards for numerous CGM device manufacturers and has contributed to several consumer magazines and textbook chapters on the subject.

He has lectured on continuous glucose monitoring to general and professional audiences around the world, and he has trained and instructed over 500 clients on how to utilize all sorts of commercially available CGM devices. Gary has been using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) to treat his diabetes since the 1990s.
