Dr. Dorothy Marcic is a playwright whose works have been seen in over seventy places, including her Off-Broadway musical SISTAS, which aired on BET-TV for six years. She is a former professor at Vanderbilt University in Nashville and an adjunct professor at Columbia University. She is the author of fifteen books, including the best-selling Understanding Management in RESPECT: Women and Popular Music. She was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Economics in Prague and holds three master's degrees and a doctorate.
