Sadia Sulaiman is Assistant Professor at the Area Study Centre for Africa, North, and South America, at Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, Pakistan. She earned her PhD from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Her areas of interest include post-conflict reconstruction, counter-terrorism, countering violent extremism, US Foreign Policy, diplomatic history, state fragility and governance reforms. She is the author of Post-Conflict Reconstruction: From Extremism to Peaceful Co-Existence and CPEC and SDGs in Pakistan: Measuring Impact on Common Lives. Dr. Sulaiman has wide experience of working as research consultant with UNDP, GIZ, DFID and King’s College London.
