The founder of three successful businesses, including St Albans-based Dixie's Cupcakery, in 2013 Luisa launched her online baking supply company The Baker's Toolkit. Luisa has written for the Sun and Closer magazine and regularly makes appearances in magazine gossip columns. She lives with her young daughter, Dixie, in North London.
