I am a qualified yoga teacher and holistic therapist, including certification in counselling. I have personally trained in various forms of yoga for over fifteen years, undertaking numerous workshops and continued development. The sexual element to this book is included because this is something else that I and many other people enjoy. I have created a union of both subjects together, enabling others to experience pleasure on all levels, from passion for yoga to desire for each other.

I am lucky enough to have found love in my life. I have a wonderful husband and two amazing children who I live with in Derbyshire, UK. My life is happy and fulfilled. My aim is to help others find completion by loving themselves through yoga and each other through sexual connection. This book has been created to give everyone who has an interest a helping hand.
