
JANET FLETCHER is the author or coauthor of over two dozen food and beverage books, including Cheese & Wine, Cheese & Beer, and The Cheese Course. Planet Cheese, her weekly email newsletter, is read by cheese lovers all over the world, and she is a member of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers. Janet has been a longtime contributor to the San Francisco Chronicle, and her newspaper journalism has earned her three James Beard Awards and the IACP Bert Greene Award.
