He is a Registered Professional Engineer. Paul G. Florack is vice president of network services at Illuminet, Inc. He received his B.A. in Mathematics from Potsdam College, his B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, and his MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. Robert Duncan is director of network planning at Qwest Wireless, LLC. He holds an MS in Computer, Information, and Communications Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is a Certified Quality Engineer (American Society of Quality Control).
