Jones, Helen: - Peter Dale has a Ph.D. in political studies from Queen's University. After teaching for three years, he became a real estate developer, a private mortgage lender and a reinsurance company official. He is a registered BC mortgage broker with Yardale Mortgage Corporation and belongs to the Mortgage Brokers' Association of BC and the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals. He is a member of the Trust Institute of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Helen Jones has been a real estate agent in Victoria, BC since 1974. In addition to managing a small real estate company, she operates a tutorial service that prepares students to write their licensing exams for (among other things) mortgage brokering.
