“The ultimate guide to stress-free living” Jan Lawrence, Director, In Equilibrium

“This book cuts straight to the chase and gives you simple and highly effective techniques that you need to shortcut overwhelm in the moment and think more clearly. It also gives you some easily digestible building blocks for longer-term resilience and wellbeing. As a trained Mental Health First Aider in the workplace, this book is now an essential part of my toolkit as well as being a key source of support for my own wellbeing.”
Zoë Gray. Deputy Director, National Institute of Health and Care Research, UK

“With levels of anxiety increasing in men and women, this book delivers a series of evidence-based strategies to help find calm in the chaos of the modern world, whether at home or in the workplace. With an inspiring mix of science and soul, the reader has access to some simple strategies that will help foster a healthy mind to create a more peaceful life.”
Professor Gordon Wishart, Visiting Professor, Anglia Ruskin University, UK

“This book will give you wings. I wish it had been available many years ago, when I started my career in the competitive field of medical and scientific research. We are all different and we cannot aim for the same perfect solution for our problems. To find your own individual way of coping, I recommend not only to read this book, but enjoy the process of exploring the ideas, closely studying their effect on yourself.”
Dr. Anna Jenovari-Brown

“It is great to see the sometimes-misunderstood topic of Resilience addressed within this book. The ideas and suggestions are presented so simply but have clear thought and research behind them.”
Martin Hand: Staff Wellbeing Manager, University of Portsmouth

“I have had the privilege of working with Michelle for a number of years and find her depth of knowledge and experience truly inspiring.  Wisest of all is her understanding that each person’s anxiety is entirely unique, so she’s managed to produce a book that doesn’t preach but simply lays out practical tools for each reader to try out and choose from as they see fit. Strongly recommended.”
Giles Miskin, The Colour Works Foundation Co-founder
