Clement Odoje is an assistant lecturer in the Linguistics Department at University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Aquilina Mawadza has held lectureship and adjunct faculty positions at the University of the Western Cape, the University of Zimbabwe and Howard University. She holds a PhD degree in Media & Migration Studies and an M.A in Languages and Communication from the University of Florida, where she also taught Shona. She is the author of Shona Dictionary & Phrasebook and Beginner’s Shona with 2 Audio CDs, also by Hippocrene Books.
