About Amy Emberling

Co-Owner and Master Baker Amy Emberling grew up in Nova Scotia, Canada. Amy went to Harvard College where she studied social movements in American history. She then worked in several restaurant kitchens in Michigan. After several years of hands-on experience, she was fortunate to receive a scholarship from Les Dames des Amies d'Escoffier to study cooking and baking in Paris.
