This biography of Wet, Wet, Wet explores the contradictions at the heart of the band: they rose to fame on the back of teenybop hype - yet, since then, they have strained for adult credibility. Ironically, it's their records with singalong simplicity, such as "Goodnight Girl" or "Love is all Around" that have given them their greatest success, or even rescued their career.
