The Eagle -- the greatest boys' comic this nation has ever produced -- ran for 19 years, from 1950 to 1969. To follow on from the success of the Eagle annuals of the 1950s, 60s and Cutaways, the Eagle diary draws from the same wealth of material -- the comic ran weekly for those two decades. The diary will be 7 days per page, with ample space for the diarist's own entries; and each spread will feature reproduced artwork/ads/comic strips/text from the comics. The design will echo the 1950s/60s and will be full of essential diary information: weights, measures, conversions, bank holiday dates throughout the cosmos
