One day Raggedy Ann and Andy are walking in the deep, deep woods when they find a police officer who is crying. Someone has left a note on his door telling him to arrest Mr. Hooligooly -- but he doesn't know why! Raggedy Ann and Andy quickly discover the culprit: a magician who wants Mr. Hooligooly's magic cooking stick. It's up to the Raggedys to stop the greedy magician, and to teach him a valuable lesson about friendship.
