Chemical Calculations by Paul Yates
Intended for the increasing number of students starting degree courses in chemistry without an appropriate qualification in mathematics level. This text should be useful as a supplement to a set of lectures in basic mathematics, or to a textbook which has not been specifically designed for chemists. The arrangement of the book is such that the key mathematical ideas are grouped according to the general chemical topic for which they are relevant. However, none of the problems will require a knowledge of the related chemistry for their solution.
