She's the author of three previous cookbooks: The Plant-Powered Diet, Plant-Powered for Life, and California Vegan. Palmer has authored more than a thousand articles in a variety of publications, including Better Homes and Gardens, Oprah Magazine, Prevention, and the Los Angeles Times.
