About Walid Mougayar
Walid Mougayar is president of CYBERManagement, Inc., a management education and consulting firm. He is an internationally recognized consultant, writer, and speaker on strategic Internet planning and Internet commerce competitive strategy development. Mougayar is the founding chairman of CommerceNet Canada. A veteran of 14 years at Hewlett-Packard, he successfully led HP's Internet and Information Highway initiatives in Canada. He is also coauthor of The Business Internet and Intranets: A Manager's Guide to Key Terms and Concepts (Harvard Business School Press, 1998).
