World of Books +Plus Loyalty Scheme – Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility

The +Plus membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over with a valid UK billing and delivery address.
By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria and accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Benefits

+Plus members receive free standard UK delivery, exclusive discounts, and access to special promotions and events.
Benefits may vary from time to time and are subject to change.

3. Subscription Fees & Payment

The +Plus membership fee is £14.99 per year, payable in advance.
Fees are inclusive of VAT and are payable via the payment method selected at checkout.
We may update the membership fee. If we do, we’ll notify you at least 40 days in advance of your renewal date.

4. Auto-Renewal

Your +Plus membership will renew automatically at the end of each 12-month period using your saved payment method.
You will receive a reminder before renewal. You may cancel renewal at any time before your renewal date via your account or by contacting us (see section 10).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your +Plus membership within 14 days of purchase (“Cooling-Off Period”).
To request a refund during the Cooling-Off Period, email plus@worldofbooks.com.
If any benefits (e.g., free delivery or discount) have been used, the value of those benefits will be deducted from your refund.

6. Fair Usage Policy

+Plus membership is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share your account, benefits, or apply the membership to resale or bulk orders.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account found to be misusing the service.

7. Termination by Us
We may suspend or cancel your membership without refund if we reasonably believe you have:

Breached these Terms & Conditions;
Used the service fraudulently or abusively;
Shared your membership benefits inappropriately;
Attempted to circumvent eligibility restrictions (e.g., duplicate accounts).

8. Modifications to the +Plus Programme

We reserve the right to update or withdraw the +Plus programme at any time.
If significant changes are made, we will notify members at least 40 days in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

World of Books shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use (or inability to use) your +Plus membership, except where required by law.

12. World of Books +Plus Promotional Offer

For a limited time only, customers can join World of Books +Plus for £9.99 (previously £14.99). The membership renews automatically each year at the standard rate of £14.99 unless cancelled prior to renewal. Customers may cancel their membership at any time. World of Books reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
