Christine Loomis is a travel writer, editor, and photographer who worked at Parents magazine as the first travel editor. She was also the editor-in-chief of Scientific American's Explorations and covered travel for Family Living magazine. She's written and edited for a variety of websites, including USA Today 10best and Cruiseable (where she acts as a Denver expert). Christine's freelance articles have appeared in a variety of publications, including Endless Vacation, AAA periodicals, Roads to Adventure, the San Diego Tribune, and the Washington Times, and she has also provided family, adventure, and romance travel content and photo essays for websites like Away and Orbitz. She has written three travel novels as well as sixteen children's books.
