27 Powers of Persuasion by Chris St Hilaire
Presents 27 strategies to help you become the master of communication and persuasion. This title helps you learn how to: win people over who disagree or are indifferent; steer conversations with silence and touch; use information to strengthen your point; and, deal effectively with opposition and bad ideas.I'm enthusiastic about [St. Hilaire's] approach to persuasion, which is very simple, and which is fundamentally about positivity: making other people feel good about themselves makes them feel good about you. -- Charles Purdy, Monster.com Jobs Blog
