A Music Producer's Thoughts to Create By by Keith Olsen
Not many people have produced a hit record, let alone a platinum seller. Before you can even hope to do that, you have to understand the roles of the producer and engineer, what equipment you'll find in a studio, how it works and how to put it to use to achieve maximum results in the studio. As a 30 year producer and Engineer of more than 200 full albums with sales over 100 million units, author Mr. Keith Olsen goes into great detail on the creative process from beginning to end. As the producer of monster-selling albums by Foreigner, Grateful Dead, Heart, Ozzy Osbourne, and a host of other meg-acts, Keith lends his unique perspective and insight on achieving success in the studio.
Keith Olsen is the producer of such notable artists as: Fleetwood Mac, Foreigner, Pat Benatar, Rick Springfield, Santana, The Babys, Sammy Hagar, Whitesnake, Ozzy Osborne, The Scorpions, and Heart, just to mention a few.
