Author: Richard Ross, Ph.D., has been in constant ministry with teenagers since age 19. He is a professor of youth ministry at Southwestern Seminary in Forth Worth and has written or complied 23 books related to youth ministry, teenagers, and families. He served as a student minister for three decades and coordinated the training of a denomination's youth ministers, and he also cofounded the purity movement known as True Love Waits.

Since the age of 19, RICHARD ROSS, PH.D., has been in active ministry with youths. He is a youth ministry professor at Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth. Richard has authored or edited 23 books on youth ministry, adolescence, and families. At over 500 churches and conferences, he has addressed parents and leaders. For three decades, he worked as a student minister and oversaw the training of a denomination's youth ministers. Richard is also a co-founder of the True Love Waits purity movement.
