M. Kalyan Phani is Professor and Head of the Departments of Metallurgical and Mining Engineering at O.P. Jindal University, Raigarh. He also serves as Director, IQAC and RDC, Head of CIF, Coordinator of CoEST, and Professor-In-Charge of International Collaborations. He earned his B.Tech from JNTU Hyderabad and Ph.D. from HBNI–IGCAR, Kalpakkam, specializing in Atomic Force Acoustic Microscopy. Deputed by DAE to the University of Goettingen, Germany, he conducted advanced nanoscale research. With 15+ years’ experience, he has 30+ publications, two books, four patents, and multiple awards. His research focuses on steels, superalloys, additive manufacturing, and sustainable steel practices.

R. D. Patidar, Vice Chancellor of O.P. Jindal University is Ph.D. from IIT, Roorkee and recipient of several scholarships and awards such as the MHRD Scholarship, the Gold Medal at M.E. Level, the best paper award at the IEEE conference and the Best Teacher Award. Being a true academician, he is fond of R&D and many research papers and articles are in his credit. He is having more than 30 years of experience in the academia, industry and administration. He has served as Registrar, OP Jindal University and Director, OP Jindal Institute of Technology (OPJIT), Raigarh. Prior to joining OPJIT, Dr Patidar served as Professor, Dean Academics and Officiating Director at MIT, Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh. Dr Patidar is a renowned academician and administrator; and under his able leadership OP Jindal University has received many awards and recognitions.

M. Nithya is Vice Dean, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, and Deputy Director, IQAC at O.P. Jindal University, Chhattisgarh. She earned her B.E. (2005), M.E. in Structural Engineering (2007), and Ph.D. (2018) from Anna University, Chennai. With 18 years of academic experience, she has served in key leadership roles including HoD and Vice Principal. She has published one book, three book chapters, and 34 peer-reviewed articles, and holds six patents (one granted). A recipient of the NPTEL STAR Award (2023) and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Young Scientist Award (2018), her research focuses on 3D concrete printing and sustainable construction materials.
