Rob Floyd, Director for Innovation and Digital Policy at the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET), Ghana
"It is encouraging to see that the authors of this book have made an important contribution to guide the discourse on digital development and North–South collaboration towards a much-needed holistic awareness of digital challenges and opportunities, while addressing many of the SDGs."
Dimo Calovski, Economic Affairs Officer at the UNCTAD, Switzerland
“Through the diversity of perspectives represented throughout, this edited volume offers a clear diagnosis of the continental considerations regarding global digital transformation. In doing so, the contributors describe the dynamic nature of IR and call for a restoration of African leadership in North-South collaboration. The book will be useful not only to specialists, but also to policy-makers and to those working within African studies and researching the ways in which African agency creates and transforms the world order.”
