All Your Own Teeth by Adrienne Geoghegan

Stuart is an unpleasant little boy who would like to be an artist. He is bored of painting his city scapes, and nasty monsters so he sets off to paint 'real animals'. But soon after setting up camp Stuart is meeting all kinds of animals none of which quite meet his high expectations. Until, that is he meets one with the required qualifications - a nice big smile and all his own teeth - and suddenly Stuart's arrogance isn't quite enough to protect him. A wonderfully wicked story with the wonderful moral 'Don't be too demanding of your models just incase those models get very demandin gof you!'
Adrienne Geoghegan writes the sort of texts that every child who hates being told to sit still just loves to read. She has recently moved to Wales where she works full time as an author and illustrator. Adrienne also wrote A WARDROBE IN MY MONSTER published by Bloomsbury. This is Cathy Gales first book for Bloomsbury and it is wonderful to have her on the list. She lives in London and works in an artists studio behind Tottenham Court road.
