Der Autor: Johann Peter Hebel wurde 1964 in Kaufbeuren/Allgau geboren. Er studierte Rechtswissenschaften im sog. -einstufigen Modell- an der Universitat Augsburg, an der er 1992 auch promovierte. Seit 1991 arbeitet er als Rechtsanwalt in Potsdam.
