
Caroline Bretherton, a British native, has spent the previous two decades working in the food industry in a variety of capacities. Her career quickly expanded to include guest chef appearances on the Food Network and other television networks, as well as a co-presenting role on the Taste Network's flagship program, Real Food. Step-by-Step Baking (2011), The Pie Book (2013), and Family Kitchen Cookbook (2013), as well as The American Cookbook (2014), Desserts (2015), Super-Clean Super Foods (2017), and Sprouted (2017), have all been immensely successful. She's also contributed recipes to newspapers including the Daily Telegraph, and she collaborated with renowned nutritionist Jane Clarke on her book Total Family Nutrition (2014). Dorling Kindersley has published all of her novels abroad, and they have been translated into various languages.
