Jonathan Clements is a renowned financial journalist who has won numerous awards. He was born in London, England, and attended Cambridge University before working for Forbes magazine in New York for three years before joining The Wall Street Journal in January 1990. He spearheaded the Journal's mutual funds coverage, wrote the Heard on the Street column, and authored personal-finance articles during his eight years with the paper, before being handed his own column, Getting Moving, in October 1994. Clements is the author of Financing Your Future: The Only Guide to Mutual Funds You'll Ever Need, which was released in 1993 and won four journalistic prizes. He lives in Metuchen, New Jersey, and works at the Journal's headquarters in New York City.
