Colin Renfrew (Lord Renfrew of Kaimsthorn) is a Senior Fellow of the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research at Cambridge University, where he is Emeritus Disney Professor of Archaeology. He is the author of numerous notable works on archaeology and prehistory, including Archaeology: Theories, Methodologies, and Practice, which he co-authored with Paul Bahn and is considered one of the classic textbooks on the field.
