What a fantastic book, an amazing journey, and a refreshing attitude to living a healthier, happier lifestyleNice one Art! -- Jamie Oliver "If you want to learn how to eat healthy, learn from a world class chef who has lost over a hundred pounds. Art Smith has walked the walk" -- Mehmet Oz, M.D., Professor of Surgery, NY Presbyterian/ Columbia University To live better, as well as eat better, just read this book. The phrase 'life-enhancing' is egregiously overused, but both Art and his Healthy Comfort are truly that. -- Nigella Lawson I always stop at Art's restaurant when I am in Chicago, I love his food, and his company. I also love the passion that Art has put into this book to help others achieve what he has. -- Sarah, Duchess of York My friend Art handed me this book, and I can't wait to have somebody make me these recipes. (Come on, you know I don't cook!) I think you'll be as happy as I am. -- Whoopi Goldberg
