Paul Le Blanc is a professor of history at La Roche College and the author or editor of numerous works on the labor movement, including Black Liberation and the American Dream, A Short History of the United States of America, and A Short History of the United States of America. United States, Working Class Rosa Luxemburg: Thoughts and Writings, From Marx to Gramsci, and Lenin and the Revolutionary Party are among the works on labor in the twentieth century. He worked as a consulting editor for Humanity Books' Revolutionary Studies series for many years.

H. Alan Wald is Alan Wald. Chandler Davis is a University of Michigan Collegiate Professor Emeritus. He's been a leftist activist since the 1960s and is the author of several works, including The New York Intellectuals, The Responsibility of Intellectuals, and Writing from the Left.
