In the midst of a harsh winter, young writer Veronika arrives in the Swedish countryside seeking stillness and solitude to come to terms with a recent tragedy. Linda Olsson was born in Stockholm and has lived in Kenya, Singapore, Britain and Japan. She now lives in Auckland and this is her first novel.
