As a UK Fulbright Scholar, she earned a master's degree in TESOL from the University of London. He is currently the Department Chair and ESOL Professor at Lone Star College-North Harris in Houston, TX. He has been teaching ESOL at the community college level since 2002 and has given presentations on lexical grammar, content-based instruction, and the integration of reading and writing at various state, national, and international conferences. Colin spends his free time with his two girls, cooking new foods, traveling overseas, and cycling around Houston's bayous.
