Dr David J. Wallace is an American educator, founder and principal consultant at Awakening Minds (awakeningminds.org), whose work focuses on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion assessments and strategic initiatives, all in pursuit of racial and social justice. Awakening Minds is an organisation whose mission is to provide transformative, innovative and empowering professional development for organizations to grow and thrive. A former elementary school teacher and educational professional, Dr Wallace holds a doctorate in education from St. Thomas University, and his academic research interests include teacher self-efficacy and the experiences of male educators of color. He is a native of Belle Glade, Florida, and currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana.Gabrielle Mabazza is an exceptionally talented illustrator, graphic designer and activist based in Manila, Philippines. Her work channels optimism and empowerment through buoyant colors and dynamic figures. She enjoys exploring themes ranging from feminism, social consciousness, to inclusivity and showcasing Filipino culture.
