Baby Blue by Pol Koutsakis
Stratos is a walking contradiction: a hit man with a conscience, in this case charged with finding and killing the murderer of the adoptive father of Emma, a beautiful teenage magician who until recently was performing in the streets of Athens. The city, reeling from the economic crisis, provides the perfect backdrop to this dark thriller.Pol Koutsakis was born in the Greek city of Chania in 1974. He is a screenwriter, novelist, and dramatist. He was awarded the National Prize for Playwriting in Greece in 2007. His plays have been performed in the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as published in Canada. With his wife, daughter, and son, he currently resides in Perth, Australia.
His debut crime novel, Athenian Blues, was also the first of his writings to be translated into English. Bitter Lemon Publishing will release Baby Blue, the following book in the series, in 2018.
