Faure, Megan: - Megan Faure (B.Sc OT, OTR) graduated as an occupational therapist from the University of Cape Town and specialized in sensory integration and neurodevelopmental therapy. She has since worked in paediatrics in both America and South Africa, in the past 12 years exclusively with fussy babies and those with sleep and feeding problems. She presents lectures for sensory integration and infant sensory integration specialisation courses and other professional development lectures. She has presented at the Erikson Institute, Chicago, for the SI Network in London, the NCT in the UK and for SAISI and WCAIMH in South Africa. Megan writes articles for numerous local and international parenting magazines and has been published in professional periodicals. She is an active member of SAISI and the secretary of the Western Cape Association for Infant Mental Health. She is the co-author of the bestsellers Baby Sense, Sleep Sense, Feeding Sense, and owner of the Baby Sense company. Megan is married with three children and lives in sunny Cape Town.
