Naomi Adler was born in Israel. A Montessori teacher by training, she joined the Polka Theatre for Children in 1980, where she runs workshops on drama, storytelling, movement, dance, puppet- and mask-making. Naomi has travelled extensively all of her life and has recently worked in Russia, the Ukraine and the USA. She now lives in London. Her strong commitment to the art of storytelling is inspired by her belief in the value of stories to us all. Amanda Hall lives and works in Cambridge. She has illustrated many children's books and her work has been published in many languages. Amanda is an enthusiastic traveller and has spent time in Africa, India and North America as well as Europe.
