Yukito Kishiro is top known for developing the cyberpunk manga Battle Angel Alita. He is regarded as one of the best action illustrators in the world of comics. Kishiro was nominated for the Japanese publisher Shogakukan's Best New Comic prize when he was only 17 years old. Kishiro is noted for his powerful characters, innovative settings, and beautiful, lifelike artwork. He is also the creator of several popular manga titles.
