EMMA J.CHAPMAN was born in Manchester, England, in 1985 and grew up there. She earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and a Master's degree in Creative Writing from Royal Holloway, University of London. She went solo to Scandinavia after university, where she learned to camp, swim in fjords, and carry all she required. Currently, she resides in Perth, Western Australia. Her debut novel is How to Be a Good Wife.
