She has developed a broad and detailed understanding of ICC as a field of study as well as a range of domestic and international contacts with individuals working in the field. Young Yun Kim is Fellow of the ICA and Past President (2013-15) of the International Academy for Intercultural Research. She has served in leadership roles in NCA and ICA, including ICC Division Chair.
