Belle's Ragged Army by Joan Burt

What are the principalities and powers that exist that we cannot see or comprehend? Do these spiritual entities really exist? And is there a cosmic game being played out in the universe all around us? Is there more to this physical world in which we live that influences our daily lives, actions, and thoughts? In Brian Andrew's thought-provoking work of fiction, one is left wondering if, indeed, it really was a work of fiction. Are angels, demons, and other spiritual forces real and at work in a cosmic battle of good and evil for the souls of men? These questions all come into play within the pages of Brian Andrew's compelling novel, which is guaranteed to leave you wondering if indeed there are answers to questions about why this world is the way it is.

Burt, Joan: - Joan Burt grew up in Montana and received her degree in Fine Art from Montana State University. Her poetry has appeared in a variety of literary journals, including The Santa Fe Literary Review and Bosque Magazine. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2002, and facing the limitations that her illness presented, she made a successful transition from painting to poetry: Poetry is, so far, the only reason that works for me. Joan lives in Santa Fe with her dog Mazey and her life-partner Bill.
