(Location: Paris) whose book was first published in Germany in 1947, finally attained his aim of becoming a journalist after the war, becoming the Paris correspondent for various German newspapers. Tony Le Tissier (Location: Frome, Somerset) who presents and has translated this work, is an expert on the Battle of Berlin and has published many books on the subject.
