He has more than 37 years of professional culinary experience in and around the New Orleans Metropolitan area, having worked in restaurants, hotels, healthcare, offshore, and catering facilities. He still loves to cook at home with Monique, his wife, along with their three dogs in Carriere, Mississippi.
