Dana Cowin, Food & Wine's editor-in-chief since 1995, has spent more than thirty years exploring the worlds of food, wine, style, and design. She is on the boards of directors of City Harvest, a hunger-relief group in New York City; Wholesome Wave, an organization dedicated to providing access to sustainable foods; and Hot Bread Kitchen, which helps low-income men and women enter the culinary sector. She was named to the James Beard Foundation's Who's Who of Food and Beverage in America in 2012.
