Between the Bridge and the River
Summary
The feel-good place to buy books

Between the Bridge and the River by Craig Ferguson
This is a bawdy and joyous novel. It's a throwback to the British novels of two decades ago - messy and offends everyone (over-the-top language and insults about race, sex, body parts, nationality, and religion). It's the story of two childhood friends from Scotland and two brothers from the American South whose lives intersect in the most absurd ways, with the result being the invention of a new religion.
Craig Ferguson took over the Late Late Show on CBS in January of 2005, and the ratings are thehighest they've ever been, with a nightly audience estimated at close to two million. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Ferguson got his start in the entertainment industry as a drummer forsome of the worst punk bands in the U.K., a profession he held for several years.
